This would have been the best solution if it had happened in OZ. But in democratic country like India (where posession of arms by a regular citizen is considered as DACOITS and the same with robbers is considered as "GOOD SAMARITIANS") is not possible

Had got this mail earlier. This mail has been circulating for quite some years.

Check out this blog where one guy replicates the egg on the windscreen effect. This will also answer the wiper question someone asked here

I was reading an article published today (24 Nov) where the Commissioner of the Lagos State Police Command has confirmed such incidents. So I guess this is possible.

I do not think any top cop will take time to send such mail chains. Its is just a hoax. I am happy if they do their job properly.
