Yup. my sis just called up from Noida - there was indeed a strong earthquake in north India- so much that our cars were shaking. No damage in delhi apparently but Jammu has suffered a bit - that's all I know at the moment.

the bbc website doesnt have anything right now and since i dont have access to a telly I cant watch the news.

Hope there's not much damage or deaths from this.

I reached home at 03:00 am from office & was sleeping while tremors happened & felt swinging in my head. Thought, may be because of overwork i was experiencing it.

Again back office during afternoon, the second shock struck around 16.30. Though of less intensity, but pretty strong. Got to my head again.
