Good Hardware store in Mumbai

I want to get a good power drill and some good drill bits, because I think I am old enough to start going around modifying walls and assorted pieces of furniture whenever I have free time. But I don't know where to look. Anyone knows of places where I can get those Home Improvement goodies? And no TV Shopping please. :(

Ive heard of a shop at dadar kabutar khana called diamond hardware if im not misaken that is supposed to be the oldest and best hardware store around that area.He sure should have all the tools you looking for as our carpenter always went their for his hardware tools.

You can also try at Lohar Chawl/Nagdevi/Abdul Rehman Street. I am sure you will find good rates over there.

Good area for all tools is near Opera House. The lane after the one with all the car shops, on the left. Sorry, but I can't remember the name of that road!

Another place is Crawford market, a lot of shops selling drills and other power tools.
