Decent hotel in/near Malad W, Mumbai

For TBHPians from Mumabi: My brother would be travelling to Mumabi and would require a hotel around the Malad W area. Any suggestions for a decent hotel? We could locate a couple of resorts around that area (The Resort and The Retreat) but the tariffs are a little on the higher side. The requirement is for a middle rung place and since its his first visit to Mumbai, it'll be nice to have a place thats not too far from Malad.

I understand that locals hardly look at hotels but its kindda urgent so pls help if you can!
