Charred TATA Sumo on Expressway

I was returning from Mumbai on 16th June evening I saw a huge commotion just at the exit of the Bhatan Tunnel.. There were cop cars.. And a Fire engine... I was doing about 130 but slowed down immediately thinking that they are standing with Speed Guns.. But to my horror instead of Speed Guns there was water all over, some smoke and steam rising.. From a burnt TATA Sumo.. It was completely charred and nothing except the chassis was left on the car.. None of the passengers were hurt I guess.. I tried to stop but the cops said please dont stop and move on..
I guess the fire must have been due to electrical short circuit..
