Permits were given for this valley for the Past 2 years.
I think they have made the permit process simpler now.

Earlier, it was a difficult process to obtain permits.

Are they giving permits to private vehicles? I saw in one news article that only 6 vehicles belonging to the tourist department with 6 persons in each vehicle are being allowed every day.
