A Rs.120-crore plant for shredding different class of used motor vehicles and miscellaneous goods to add value to recycled scrap will come up in the city.

Get all vehicles checked for their fitness and if they do meet them, let them run on the roads else get them scrapped. No point in slogging dead horses any more.
