Couple of queries on the topic.
1. Is the entry road towards lahaul valley completely open? Or any restriction in opening the road to public vehicles by administration? Planning to go till Jispa in May last week.
2. What i could decipher is a vehicle bound for Lahaul/ Leh does not come under the restriction (on no of vehicles allowed daily) for rohtang and need to file an affidavit at SDM office with some booking confirmation at the destination. Is it correct?
3. Is there any reliable person/ travel agent/ taxi operator who could arrange for this permit/affidavit in advance in case documents are sent to him? Or it has to be done personally? |
