Can anyone share with me contacts of someone who can do this in Mumbai or Thane regions? With costs?

Hi would suggest going to the Western India Automobile Association (WIAA) office opp Churchgate Station in Mumbai.

They offer this service for around INR 500 which includes a two years membership to their services.
