Is there a specific city permit that you were required to take to ply your vehicles? It seems Maharashtra was planning to notify aggregators rules back in May-June 2023. Does this cause any additional financial burden on fleet owners?

My cars have all-indie Tourist Permits and Uber has the specific City permit.
