bblost, the OP is about a vehicle cutting in on a straight stretch of DIVIDED road. Yes, the car guy was insane in trying to overtake you while on verge of a turn; but that is not the situation here.


Now this is brings up an interesting question, we all know the "keep distance from the vehicle in front" rule, but what do you think should the distance from the vehicle on our SIDE be??

i am sorry for the loss and its quite shocking that the swift parts like the radiator things are plastic!
man what are the car manufacturers trying to do, build the entire car out of plastic? like the first fiber body maruthi800 again to reduce the initial material cost and then the insurance guys get to pay you only 50% after the depreciation and stuff!

man feels so bad!

The Insurance claim amount came through on Friday. They paid up Rs. 15000 out of Rs. 20,000. I suppose its reasonable.
