Could be a combination of a slightly higher speed, over-smooth road surface (NH8A is tarmac, not concrete right?), thin film of oil or very minute dust/sand particles on road and inappropriate camber on the turn (quite common on our highways).

This would have just tipped the balance towards a skid.

Lucky no one inside or outside the car was injured!
