Empty junction, signal red - what should you do?

This is common in most big cities traffic rules go haywire after 10Pm till 8am in the morning,the worst thing is how people rip through these traffic lights,worst are the bus drivers.

Stop unless you are:-
1. Taking a critically ill patient to a hospital.
2. Late for your train.
3. Have a flight to catch with the tickets booked with APEX fare.
4. Have only a small window before her parents return home.

I prefer using my emergency blinkers when I am crossing the same to tell others that boss, watch out for me
