My parking lot which includes the cars seen out of which only the Aspire and the Enfield in the corner is mine, but all the cars are under my maintenance and regular checks.

The FIAT is member SandeepMohan who is out of country, the Swift is my dads and the Polo, my sisters.

This week, my driveway has a car from each major automotive country.

A Korean (Creta test car), German (530d)...


Indian (Mahindra), Italian (Blackwasp's Abarth)...


And Japanese (Sunny). Only an American is missing:


Am sure 5 years from now, a Chinese will make its debut too.

Sharing a picture of my parking space in the Apartment Complex where I Live in Bombay.

Worth mentioning in this thread. Bombay real estate is over priced and there is common practice prevalent here. It is legally debatable on whether the building developer can sell parking space but to avoid the hassles of finding parking for your cars the buyers do pay a premium to purchase a dedicated parking space. When I moved in the new building in 2015, I decided to buy the extra parking space to accommodate two cars inspite of having a single car. I have tandem parking spots where one car is parked behind the other. In my space I am able to park both the cars without having to move the other and there is sufficent place to maneuver the backside car in and out.

I got the second car only in last 2017. For almost two years I had one parking space always empty but I have no regrets in getting the additional spot as it gave me the peace of mind while deciding on buying another car. The Linea is relegated to being the beater car for me but I still enjoy driving her as I like the sound of the petrol engine and with an automatic being my daily driver I enjoy going back to driving a stick shift.

I'm lucky enough to have an entire floor of my apartment's parking complex for my baby. Until other residents start living here offcourse.


Back at home, the Dad's japanese brute takes the coveted spot.

We have two side by side independent parkings, literally the best combination you can get here.

Granary on the top is where paddy is still stored. Built by my great grandfather probably in 1898-99, used to be their house below. Later when another house was built, part of this house was modified to a garage.
