Accha what about private and governement vehicles plying accross state borders ? Will they too be stopped ? I guess the state generates more revenues than those two I mentioned than fining users who have paid LIFE TIME TAX on their vehicles.
The government needs to refund the car owners thier LTT by 50% then. Plus lose all the octroi money and ticket money which comes from fare.

It is practically illogical this move. And history tells us everywhere, when there is something that doesn't fit common sense there is something else which the common man should not know.

One more thing, some people have a tendency to introduce something totally outrageous and then debate it to what they actually
want which makes more sense and is what they wanted to push for in the first place,but feared opposition.
