I must say, I am not a very big fan of FF's looks but in the 2nd picture it just looks menacing. The presence of the car on the road is unmistakable.

3.5 Crores for a Ferrari Station Wagon? Ferrari has definitely lost the plot in designing their cars. Dont mean to start a debate, just my opinion. To each their own!

That shade on that car looks absolutely magnificent. So now there's the blue in Pune, this red in Goa and a black in Delhi/Up north.

How many more FFs in India?

You are not getting the point of the FF.Its supposed to be a Ferrari which you can use a lot more often than the V8s or more expensive GTs.It harks back to the 456,612 and all the way back to cars like the 250 GTE,useful 4 seaters. In UK/US the weather is bad half the year. All the exotics are locked up for winter. You have a 458 but you cant really use it much except for showboating or tracktime. But if you could enjoy a Ferrari without worrying over rain, where to stuff the bags and a high strung engine you get the FF.

You should read some ownership reviews of the FF abroad. Some of them are covered with mud and slush after being on 1000kn roadtrips, and i think its a really cool car.Remember the 612s travelling all over India? Those cars were stock and didnt have 4WD too.

And the FF is no slouch. Its makes 660bhp for cryin' out loud.

Ferrari's biggest market for the FF is Northern / Eastern Europe where the days are cold and snow is not uncommon. The FF was designed after several intensive market studies. There was a dire need for an all-weather GT Supercar that could be used for carrying those ski-sets and the Labrador across the Continent. Potential customers provided feedback to that effect and thus, the FF was born.

I agree, you are entitled to your opinion and it certainly isn't a bad one. But you couldn't have been more off the mark.

Chris Harris is selling his FF as he loves it and putting in a lot of miles. The story here.

Beyond all the compliments I want to lavish on the FF, the one that perhaps says the most is that I simply have to sell it. So happy have I been sat behind the massive V12 that I have raced through and beyond the mileage I was always going to allow myself. And I really had no idea I was using it so much - with over 11,000 miles now showing, it's covered nearly 6,000 miles in four months, and much as I'm a strong advocate of using cars the way the development engineers intended, the threat of seismic depreciation always lurks in the background.

There are not many people in the UK who would buy an FF to use everyday and accrue mileage in the conventional sense. I know of one on the continent that has covered 50,000km, but I couldn't afford to cover 30K miles in this car over one year and bought it in the knowledge that I have several other cars of my own and assorted test cars to help spread the mileage burden. But this proved to be a flawed strategy. When you have an FF outside the door, you tend to use the FF. An unsurprising discovery in hindsight.

I'd love a Ferrari sedan, can even deal with a Ferrari SUV. But a hatchback. And that too such an awkwardly shaped one! It's preposterous! And more are those, who'd buy this for 3 and a half freakin' crores!
