These cars belong an Advocate, who was in mid of controversy for some Caste reservation remarks. His Hiace was vandalized by Activists few months a ago. That he arrived in same Lexus.

Pretty sad sight to see anywhere in the world. It is a factory built EWB or an after market conversion? Seems to be have been parked there for years.

It would be an aftermarket conversion. The likelihood of a factory built Pullman ending up like this is low. It also has longer rear doors
