Yep, you read that right. Three DMCs have landed in Mumbai today for a world tour. This is their India leg and here is a picture picture from the Mumbai customs when they landed today. Further details remain unknown. Shall post as I know!

Lovely car that. There's the one from Back to the Future sitting about in the Universal Studios Lot in Orlando, which is the only one I ve seen in the flesh so to say. Really lovely lines it has!

An event to savour and enjoy. The deLorean was a car which I really mourned for. Too far into the future. Will we have another - not likely but I do hope the concept is used by someone.

I remember seeing it in What was the Apex Garage at Worli where my family's cars would go for repairs.

Coming back to the Delorean, this was a car with probably Saudi plates as the plates were in Arabic and a young Shiekh would be driving it. I had the good fortune of being seated in the drivers seat when the car was stationed in the garage.

Does anyone know if these beauties will land up in Delhi NCR ? I have time till June before my MBA program commences and a day spent visiting the Back to the Future Car will be one to remember.

One look at my current Avatar and Delorean fans will know why this car is so special to them. Hope to see it in person some day. I wonder if any of these cars have the flux capacitor

One of these was parked at my office few days back. An exact replica of the original from 'Back to the Future' He drives it occasionally and damn, this thing turns more heads than any other car on the road!

So, I am told by the "deloreanworldtour" guys via email that this happened last year in October and they are in the USA now. I am sorry for the wrong info coz the person who gave the pic said that it was from that day. the tour guys even added that it might be another group who landed in India.
Investigating on the same. Shall keep ya'll posted!

Actually, there will be another. 300-325 more to be precise and that too as early as 2017.

I see this even has the Mr.Fusion mod, wasn't this car destroyed at the end of BTTF-3? Must be from a different timeline.

WHERE IN OMAN DID YOU FIND THIS?? I have searched the length and breadth of Muscat for stuff like this, but in vain. (I mean, I have still found fabulous stuff otherwise - you can check out Parked in Muscat for the same- but a Delorean would be so cool) Can you help me with more images of it?

I found it in a private garage where I went to get something fixed, back story goes that it is lying around for 10 years awaiting parts, from the look of it seems to be abandoned. Are you stationed here in Muscat?.

My parents reside in Muscat, I moved back to Mumbai for work. I was last there in September 2023.
