Hey guys,
Today while on my way back from Lokhandwala. seen a silver Merc SL on the other side of the road. Didnt see much, just took out my cam and took a pic. The car had 5 spoke alloy wheels [each havin twin spokes]. Cudnt see much of the rear cos there were other cars in front of me.
Guess we have to wait until the roll's developed to see whether it was a 500/55.
if it had 5 spoke alloys, chances are its a regular SL.
The SL500 sold in India has 7 spoke alloys.
The one i seen had alloys like the SL55 below:

My bet is its an SL500 with upgraded wheels...though I do hope its an AMG

That is the wheel which goes on the E55 and C55 AMG so most likely it is a SL55. Its just not a 3 piece wheel like the one in the pic.

hey today i saw a brand new e220 cdi , with just the brabus wheels(there ws a b insigina on the wheels) and tyres, but there was nothing else no brabus stickers or the front grill
do you just get the wheels like that

Well u do get just the wheels also. I've seen an S class badged S320 CDi and it had Brabus wheels. I guess Auto Hangar, Bombay is the distributor for Brabus kits.
