Thanks Dicky, now I prefer the GL over the Q7. Even though throughout the drive, the suspension was in the hardest (Sport) setting, I felt it more comfortable that the Q7 and the X brothers.

Thanks. Nash, I think, even the R class comes with the same ICE. That was in fact the only thing that let me down about the car.

The Q7 looked a lot shabby to be a Doc's car.

Well this is kind of a facelifted GL. The only difference is the LED turn indicators on the mirrors and the rather smallish screens for the entertainment system. However the 2010 GL has little more bigger screens at the back (Ref: 2010 Mercedes-Benz GL500 - TheStig's Photo Gallery - Team-BHP)

Does this one have the Harman/Kardon sound system?

And whats wrong with Docs driving Q7s??

I don't think he meant it against docs..just the common myth of "docs keep their cars clean"

AFAIK, two people in the medical line own Q7s in trivandrum -one's the dentist (white) in Pettah and the other is the NRI doctor from kumarapuram (black) - this excludes the teak brown Q7 belonging to the dentists brother - not sure if hes a medical professional as well .

can somebody here confirm what happened to the w140 s600 that had come to kerala a few months back from Delhi,it was spotted by scosher & then no news,
is it getting restored or just going under the ground

Its in running condition , re registered to KL - 27 . I saw it last saturday at tennis club kowadiar , in good shape though

My classmates informed me that they had spotted an orange colored Lamborghini with Haryana license plates, few days back near Calicut.
