i know this post is quite old but thought i'd chip in nevertheless.i had also spotted the new range rover at a place i'd never thought i would.......at dharavi. well it was ferrying prince charles when he had come down to mumbai more than a year ago. it was phenomenal.it also had a bull bar that made it look really aggressive. it also sported the CC badge so i guess it might still be around, used by the guys at the british consulate? it was fabulous and happens to be a personal favourite too.

Its always parked at Maker Tower 6 alongwith a couple more.

Heres one I spotted yesterday ... one gen old Land rover Discovery .... in a very bad condition(no windsreen) was parked outside a windscreen repair shop

i saw the silver one near mantralaya at around 5 30 on monday evening.the front specially the loghts looked amazing and so did the rear

yes Dippy, it was the latest Discovery, the same one that V12 posted in post #2. It was a consulate car and too bad I didn't have the cam with me.

The Disco 3 is newly released, the one we seen was just one before this model.

That looks like the new Discovery to me. It has the headlights similar to the RR 4.0 SE.

Nope. Now the new Discovery is the Discovery 3 and it looks completely different.

Ya heavy foot.. it is the old discovery.. the last one before the Disco 3.. there are chances it will come to India.. but dont know when.. although a lot of Range Rovers are coming.. here is a pic of Disco 3 from the Land Rover site..
