Paging member @SSO, if there's anyone who'll have driven the MC20 and can be counted on to give a frank appraisal of the car, I'd bet it's them.

It's odd how there was all that song and dance in the lead up to the MC20 launch but I saw precious little chatter from the big names in the auto world about it since. I don't think it really made much of a splash if at all on that evidence, which is a shame given the esteem the brand is held for past cult classics like the MC12.
