Yes, there is a certain limit to control the flocking of imports in India.

My point was just that, it isn't registered in any other country hence the TC number. So, it doesn't seem to be under carnet and is likely to stay. Simple.

It seems like a Brand new vehicle, it might be sent back to from where it came, and subsequently can be sold. And i really dont see what purpose it will serve in case it remains here in India.

PS: Cant a brand new car be brought in on CARNET system?

Bah ! Staying in India just for the sake to see more Rare cars/exotics under India's sleeve. No personal interests.

I don't think a brand new car complies with Carnet.

We are going terribly OT. Lets stick to the thread topic.

Yup! That's definitely Leela Palace. The ultimate place to park your exotic! I used to see an orange Gallardo Spyder parked at the exact same spot every time I visited that place.

Second you buddy with all my heart. Looks like the delhi BHPians are trying to steal our city's exotics (I mean their pics )! Is Delhi running out of supercars?

@Aparth : No offence meant brother.

Preetam,

Check out the recent Delhi Supercar Meet Thread that features loads of exotics including a yellow Camaro! New Delhi probably has more exotics than some cities combined!

Offense? What offense?
I have followed that thread quite closely brother. I just loved the Camaro, sad that we cannot import cars worth less than 40000$. The Delhi show surely had more variety than the mumbai show but the turnout was a smaller number (34 AFAIK)
And that Offence part wasnt for you my friend!

Thanks Preetam! I'd no idea that the turn out was a lot lesser when compared to the Mumbai rally. I guess the variety at the Delhi show made it seem like that!
