Only few days had past since i my first encounter with the CLS 63 AMG and i was honestly trying hard to get over with the hang.
Destiny had some other plans in store, there i was fortunate again or probably it was even better this time.I came face to face with the car which truly the JC describe's is an animal. The C 63 AMG.
The sound of this car is just out of this world, its just so hard to believe a car with such small dimensions with a V8 giving out 457hp and a humungous 600Nm of torque!!!
I have take couple of pics, sorry for the quality of the pics, been taken from my cellphone.I just couldn't stop taking pictures of her, however i have put only a few selected one's
Drool!!!
Note the Flappy paddle gear's, the 7,000 rpm revlimit and although it is not visible, the speedo marks a top speed of 320 kmph
The two hump's in the bonnet
Couple of Random pics
Also i just thought of sharing these video's with you. These were shown to us during our C class training recently.they are divided into 4 parts
Part 1 :
YouTube - The Making of C-Class - episode 1
Part 2 :
YouTube - Making of Mercedes Benz 2007 C-Class (W204) ep.2
Part 3 :
YouTube - Making of Mercedes Benz 2007 C-Class (W204) ep.3
Part 4 :
YouTube - Making of Mercedes Benz 2007 C-Class (W204) ep.4
Where is this????? Is the car for sale?
C-class training? Thats interesting. Please tell us more about that.
Now thats one wicked car. Is this at Auto Hangar? A lot of AMGs seem to be coming in lately. Had heard about 4 to 6 C63s coming in throught AH. Nice pictures thanks for sharing.

nope i dont think thats auto hangar.
Great pics. Thanks for sharing them. Could you explain more about the C class training?
Is there some sort of a transparent protective sheet stuck on the bonnet?
nope..I recognise this...these pics were taken at the plant in pune...the car IS for Auto Hangar...i know...coz i configured it ;)
Lovely pictures buddy. And a lovely car. Dont like the chrome grill though. And I still can not understand why Mercedes has to put a 6.3 badge if the engine is 6.2 liters!!!
EDIT-In the last picture, is it the CLK 350? Like the one i spotted?
How different is the C63 AMG from the run-of-the-mill C-class Mercs? Performance, features, anything else?
I Can't believe two of the cars on my FAV car list have made it to TBHP today... The 599 and c 63.
This is one of the best cars Bombay could ever ask for. Small, easy to drive, yet luxury in full and FAST! I used to have the ol gen c55 amg for a while in London. I loved it. Just such a nice practical daily driver with POWER!

Yep. That is almost it. Thats just the difference all AMG cars have from standard Merc Cars.

I thought in the '80s the special version of the 450sel came with the 6.3 litre engines, and they are collector item now
