The S600 is actually a 5.5L V12 with twin turbo-chargers.
(The S65 is a 6.0L V12 with twin turbo-chargers)

My boss (in US) has the same one. It is an awesome car! He gave me the keys to drive once, but I did not take it

- I cannot afford to be bonded labour to the company till my life ends

(if I crash the car by mistake)

But travelled in the car though - Heights of comfort! It is the best car I have been so far.

My other boss has a Ferrari, Aston Martin, BMW, Merc - Feels good to work in company of people who have a good taste for cars!

i think merc stopped making swb and lwb seperate when this model style was launched..

all are lwb now.

The standard S600 has a single pipe on either side. Maybe these are aftermarket exhaust tips and not aligned properly or damaged.

According to WIKIPEDIA it has a 5.5liter 510hp engine that makes 830nm of torque,i cant even imagine how this car will be like on a highway?
