Was passing through 36 Jublee Hills and saw a parked Toyota and was wondering must be a modified SUV, then saw its Toyota HiLux (AUV). It’s a giant AUV.

I wonder if HiLux is a common sight to see on the roads, nevertheless thought of sharing with you guys.

Older Hiluxes had the butch look. This one looks tame and un imposing.

I kinda like this look for a Hilux, although understated.
Looks quite nice, IMO.

theres only one thought thats comes to my mind when i see this vehicle

why isnt toyota launching it here?!

i dont understand how he managed to import it

This certianly doesnt look like a fierce AUV.Rather has a crossover looks.

This one lacks the aggressive look....it looks quite elegant for an SUT/pick-up truck. Nice find though torque4u.

@AMATMO: Buddy, why do you feel it can't be imported to India?

well i thought one cannot import a car that cost less than 40,000 usd

Dunno about the looks but you should see the Top Gear polar special to see what this "tame" truck can do.

this one is not a commom sight,i have never seen this before.
looks nice.

I have seen an older version at Road No.12 on Banjara hills. This one looks pretty milder than Tata Xenon XT.

Nice find! Looks masculine from the back, becomes feminine from the front! But must be a good car if launched in India for a decent price!

I think this is the same thing on which the Fortuner is based upon.

just as the Sumo Grande has a pickup version in the Xenon..

Fortuner has one in this Hilux..

THe Hilux Surf model is more better looking presence wise.

Any info on the kind of engine that this one would have?
