Spotted Volkswagen 1600 TLE in Hyderabad.

Where: Bombay Lodge near Karachi Bakery, Mozamjaahi Market
When: Sunday, March 28 2010, Afternoon around 12:00

Was driving from Malakpet to Mehdipatnam, when I came across VW 1600 TLE. It was exiting out of Bombay Lodge and had MH registration. The car was painted pink and was gleaming all over. Loved the way it was maintained. Seems the owner has recently restored the car. The car had new set of shoes, seats and paint.

Loved the car as a whole. However, the owner seems to be too impressed by VW Beetle being called a Bug and had his 1600TLE stickered with "LOVE" on left side and "BUG" on right side of the bonnet.

Why do they do these silly things

Nice find. And that pink colour is well....was a guy driving it?

This should be in the Vintage and Classic Cars section.

Nice find there, but i too think it belongs to the Vintage section buddy.

Yup!, a guy was driving this car. He was in his late 50's & was gleaming with pride when driving this.

Yup! Pink Color and that too, couple with a wierd bumper stickers called as "LOVE" & "BUG" on either sides of the bonnet.

Anyways, that's Globalization. A German Car with a Maharashtra Registration, driven in Hyderabad, exiting out of Bombay Lodge, located adjacent to Karachi Bakery. PHEW!!!
