Hey Pavan nice find. More than the Porsche and the FTO i find the Standard exciteing. Seeing one after ages and i thought all of them must have reached the scrapper. The other car next to the Porsche looks like an Austin or a Moris.

, for me the standard 1000 will always remain as the first sports car since childhood.

Got too close in getting a too good one in 2003 but since it had a different diesel engine, left it midway.

Hey does'nt Leelakrishnan live in Bangalore. Are you sure of Coimbatore.

Are you sure they are Matiz headlights?? Cos the 928 headlights are originally angled in such a way.

Hey Guys. Spotted this brand new Lamborghini at Jayanagar yeaterday. New car, still not registered yet. The car was looked awesome in flesh. I guess its the same car Manishasrani posted in the previous page

Leela's Porsche is a Red 944 turbo and has done the speedrun couple of times. TN-38 is Coimby as we all know but looks like you are putting two and two together.

Those are the correct lights. 928s had exposed popups.

A bit OT, but if everyone seems to know that the house of the 2 ex-CM's has these cars, which cost upward of 25 lacs each and maybe a few more which are even more expensive, how does anyone belive the "son of the soil" nonsense and why oh why does anybody not ask them how they manage to live such a life??

I had the Porsche 928 S4 with me about 3 years ago.

Sad to see it in the condition it is now. It had a lot of problems when i got it and i spent about 2lac getting it ready. I sold it as it was a handful to drive fast because of the failed shocks and sourcing spares is a bit difficult.

It has a 5 litre Quad cam V8 and a four speed auto.

It also has a Racing Dynamics Performance EPROM and high lift cams. Stock it makes about 320 Bhp.

I thought of getting it back but then decided to get a Toyota Aristo.
