Vmax Stolen. From Chandigarh.

Bike :- V MAX black colour
Bike No. :- HR26 V 8233.

its sporting a new Duro tyre in the rear and Dunlop in the front. I shall post the bikes engine and frame no. tomorrow after getting it from my friend.

If you see the bike, please call my friend Maninder at 09216933333 or on 09872072098 or call Rajesh on 09872158000 immediately (irrespective of the hour), take a note of the revised registration no. (the thiefs are sure to change it) and call the police.

And if there is a gang of you guys together, beat up those thieves. If you confront them and they tell you that they bought it, don't believe a word....there are not too many VMAX's around so, if they do ride it, they are sure to be seen...

How many Vmax's can there be in India? About 4-5 total? So where can the thief possibly hide?? It's bound to turn up sooner or later.

BTW, how and where was it stolen?

Maybe disassembled and sold for spares ?

If the bike was stolen from the owners residence / office i dont know, but if it was stolen from a random place, chances are it will turn up somewhere.

I would not assume that the stolen bike will be sold or used in India. Most of the cars stolen in the USA leave the country to Mexico with the first 2 days. They are sold several times before it shows up in Africa/Gulf region/Pakistan/India/Bangladesh/SE asia.

There was this Bangladeshi dude on this form, I forgot his ID.

Dude,
Please post a banner on your website to lookout for this bike.

Any Pakis here?

it has to do mainly for a person who has a V-Max broken down to steal it for spares. Pune has 1 max which was crashed and up for sale for 80K the front was damaged totally and the cooler too. quite a possibility if someone had to redo the bike. pune guys keep a close watch. this is one machine which does not run silent so ull be able to hear it.

i wish i was the thief. gosh this thief really has a very nice taste though. j/k.

SS.. Any update on the bike?
OT.
Yes its a RED one Edmund.
Call me Superstitious or whatever you like to.. but buying a bike which someone lost their life on is something that I personally am STRONGLY against, no matter if its 80K or 8 paise, but hey, thats just me.
