Service & Maintenance for the Hyosung ST7?

Hi Experts,

I've bought a used Hyosung ST7 and live in Trivandrum, Kerala. There are no Hyosung service centers in Kerala. There was one in Cochin but that has been closed down.

Does anyone know any good mechanics in and around Trivandrum, who is familiar with the giants, to get my baby a quick service please?

I remember reading somewhere in the forum that hyosung has a 'service at your doortstep' option , it will cost a bomb but something worth considering in case you run into some major issues. BTW is the bike giving you trouble or just precautionary measure for the time being.

Also a review highlighting performance aspect will be appreciated

How about trying out Power Shift Motors (near Woodlands Hotel) in Cochin? Scorcher recommended this place earlier on Team-BHP.

Thanks GTO. I've found the one near Woodlands Hotel in Cochin, and did a basic checkup.

As Basu suggested, DSK offers doorstep servicing with one week notice, cost about 4-5k plus service person's accommodation for a day & transportation. I can consider this for major issues, and routine checkups can be done from Cochin.

How is the ST7 working for you? I bought the bike just around the same time, in Feb'14, and had a few minor troubles until yesterday, when an auto hit me and destroyed my 20-year record of no major accidents in 3 continents of driving and riding.
