Brammo the well known maker of electricity driven motorcycles has been bought out by Polaris. This means that Polaris now has three different brands in their motorcycle portfolio. They have the Victory brand which they themselves created and the iconic Indian Motorcycle brand which they acquired and now the third one Brammo.

Polaris is well known for its off roaders that are four wheeled and they are available in India albeit that they cannot be driven on public roads. And Polaris now seems to be interested in building up its motorcycle business with the three brands that are available to them.

Polaris may have one more surprise up their sleeve for us Indians, what with their collaboration with Eicher to make a mystery personal vehicle. It would be great to see what this vehicle is and if timelines are adhered to, then this vehicle should appear in 2016. And since the owner of the Royal Enfield brand is Eicher, could there be possible exchange of ideas between Polaris and Eicher about the future of motorcycles?

This is definitely interesting! Considering how well Polaris resurrected the Indian brand and the amount of technology and funding it can provide, I am sure that Polaris can further refine and develop Brammos to a whole new level!
