Re: BMW F750GS & F850GS Launched in India

Pricing is too high and very much in the range of the new Tiger. Hence I would say that its a bummer for the 750/850 twin. BMW really likes to charge lot of premium for their bikes and don't care if the numbers that they sell are low.

Re: BMW F750GS & F850GS Launched in India

Two minutes of silence for those who got excited hearing this news in Feb 2018... And the bikes never even reached showrooms!

Looks like the reduction in import duty has helped with the pricing though -
Quote:
• The BMW F 750 GS has launched @ Rs. 12.20 lakhs.

• The BMW F 850 GS has launched @ Rs. 13.70 lakhs.
The price has gone down by 25k for the 750GS, and 75k for the 850GS.

Re: BMW F 750 GS & F 850 GS enduro bikes launched

BMW has been very slow in getting the F850/750 into the market. Looks like they are riding the R1250 wave. Even the US doesn't have bikes in the dealerships.
When I last checked with US HQ, they say its on a ship. The riding season is almost coming to an end here.
