No issues reported. I am assuming the pannier and luggage combined weight to be 10-12 kgs max. At regular speeds, it may not impact handling much. However, at track etc, you'll definitely feel the difference while switching directions.

On my GS, with panniers / top box, the bike tends to understeer and becomes heavy in corners if pushed a little hard.
