I am actually quite excited about this partnership. Of the past 1 year of owning a Triumph and visiting the service center in Delhi, my experience has been decent. But when I look back at my KTM ownership days, the experience of visiting the service center used to be brilliant. Knowledgeable engineers, and polite center heads who were always eager to get your bike in top shape so you can put it to good use. And parts were reasonably priced which was a bonus.

I am optimistic that the same experience will transpire in Triumph as well, now that Bajaj is at the helm of things.
