I don't own any of the above bikes but have ridden both extensively as my riding buddies own them. The Street Triple R is, of course, a no-brainer. By far my favorite and a great bike, but you will compromise on pillion comfort as that rear seat is only for the show. F900XR is a good bike with plush suspension, lots of tech, relaxed riding ergos, and a good pillion seat, but the engine is really dull and feels too commuterish; it lacks soul. If your budget allows spending 13 lakhs, there are better alternatives out there, depending on what you like, perhaps the Tiger Sport 660 or soon-to-be-launched Tiger Sport 800.

F900XR or any other adventure bike in your budget as per your future plans. I owned the Street Triple for a year or so, it’s a rider only bike, pillion will be extremely uncomfortable for anything but a short ride round the block. You won’t enjoy riding it with a pillion either.

Cheers

Not sure about the potential India launch timeframe but the new Tiger Sport 800 is a good fit for you considering you liked the road ADV credentials of the XR and the triple from the Striple. It gets a new 800 triple and upright ergos.
