Ahem. Have some courtesy. Show us the goods first, then we give advice. We need pics before we can divulge any secrets...

Best option would be to get one imported if possible, because there are vary few people in India skilled enough to make a custom one based on your bikes need.

This is his bike:

I agree with Yogesh. Best to look for one on ebay. Shouldn't be too expensive.

I know the mechanic kamlesh goes too. Trust me, he is one of the best. The bike is now quite old, and I think the original exhaust has rusted beyond repair. The bike was flying at the last speedrun in Feb this year. Maybe something has happened to it since then?

I have read some time back about "jha pipes" for this bike.. It was there on many Ns400R forums.. if that is still available, you will have to import them.

Looks like under seat Exhaust is after market including the rear seat cowl.
Keep searching BTW one hint for you only 2 guys can do it for you one is in Bangalore and 2nd guy is in Chennai, try your luck as getting work from them is tough specially if you are in Mumbai as they are scared of getting copied their work over there.
Hows bike now and how it runs like?Asking as not many 2stroke bikes are well maintained specially in Mumbai.Seen TZR's, NSR's getting smoked by Pulsars .

anybody know what rear wheel that is? it's supposed to come with a comstar alloy wheel like the front one (in the pic). at least those cans look more OE than the one on the NS250R here.

Take it to a guy who fabricates expansion chambers.

Best is to take detail measurements on the stock exhaust and duplicate it. You need to measure the head pipe length, inlet and outlet cones among other things. 2 stroke tuners like Tectrac, KRP can help. Not sure about Mumbai.

Try Jimmy Lomas GP pipes for the NS400. Cost 1564 Euros for complete raw finished pipes.

Sorry for posting the dead link in my previous post. Kamlesh, check these out and the price I posted earlier was for the carbon ones, the aluminium ones are just 1334 euros.
