Well. MV is a great bike and WAS faster but I'd say this is the new kingg of litre bikes. Its basically Casey Stoners Moto GP Ducati from last year.

If some one is talking about a normally aspirated / normal fueled motorcycle, Desmodici is the fastest.

Otherwise, there are lot of turbo hayabusa's which do upwards of 220 mph. Not to mention the top fuel drag bikes which can do a quarter mile in 6 seconds and can reach top speed in miles/hr of what a hayabusa can in km/hr

Not true. It is road going version of 2006 Ducati Desmodici. Casey's is 800cc

Casey current motorcycle is 800cc ..read my post above it says the previous Moto GP...! its is a V-4 thats 990cc last years motorcycle or the one before the 800cc. You and I are talking about the same motorcycle.
