A Query On Importing

hi all
i have a doubt!
my unkle livin in da us has been transferred here.he will be here for the next 3 years after which hez goin back.i was wondering if i could get a bike from there in his name imported.what will the costom duty be like.will it reduce or be the same.thinking if gettin a 2nd had 6r.hez leavin this october so i got to make a decition soon
