This is a grossly undervalued import brought down on TR. Using Transfer of Residence and having some el cheapo reciepts does not make a vehicle clean.
That said, only if our legal system was not as lethargic you could have argued your way out quite easily if you were ever pulled up, but that sadly that is a not the case here.
If you're looking for a clean import, this is certainly not it, if you're looking for a suggested price tag, 4.7-5L should easily settle it.
