Harley Fatboy Sidecar

hi, i`m a german biker and after a crash, i have only one leg but i wanna be back on road.
for this i buy a 94 Fatboy and now i begin to draw it in autodesk inventor. is there anybody who wants to chance 3d models only for private projects? it`s very awesome for me to become measures or drawings.
1 chance all i have. first i need a frame and a gastank.
i will post all steps of my project.
i hope there is anybody who help me, i wanna help too.

Welcome aboard Bambo. Since I love Trike, I couldn't help thinking about it. Why not consider the Trike? Isn't it beautiful than considering a side car?

hi aargee, i think riding a sidecar is the better way to be on the road and the project is still running. i made the steel boat and it`s ready. but before i made the sidecar frame i wanna draw the fatboy.

Nat Bambo,

I think you've come to the right place, because there's a fairly high chance that this man has the measurements you need :

Nice pics. Is that sidecar hand fabricated ? Amazing job. Does your fatboy run on a Evolution motor ?

Wolfgang, wouldn't you want to experiment with building a trike off your fatboy. It will offer you better drivability and control, you would also have better options of transmission at the same time it looks quite cool. Although it might turn out to be a lot more expensive.

the next step

finally, I had again some time to the drawing and with the help of Luky_13 now it looks already very good. Thank you Luky_13.
As the next I draw the frame of the Fatboy and then it further goes with the construction of the sidecar.
Does somebody have a three-dimensional Fatboy frame as a Step or dwg?
