Guys i might be buying a maruti suzuki vitar sometime next year...How is the one with automatic transmission in terms of performance and shift precision?Fuel economy is not an issue coz i use my car less than 10 k a year

I don't think there is even a single Grand Vitara 2.4L AT owner on the forum. You just have to TD it yourself and find out. There is a GV 2.4L MT owner who goes by the handle oldmonk.
