i looooove the dusty / gravelly part of the road - the rear wheels kept spinning and it was fun like always btw, was my car's exhaust note audible? (aah! you AC car-walas with booming ICE)

@ sarvagya - love the pics. you lil' cousin was indeed very shy.

yeah - i reached late because i was driving at 60kph

i was talking to ETC (she was fighting with me over fone - because i forgot to pick her up while coming)

Superb pics lovely narration. My favourite indian car adding glamour amongst the silvers. Tell you cousin, maybe next time he will get a chance to sit in 2 Fiats one of which will not stick to 60kmph!

But where are the food pics. I seriously wish there was a Bengali Biye bari here with "Bhoj" food.

Sorry buddy, we were all so engrossed talking, (and later eating), that we forgot to take pics of the food!
Next time will ensure that we don't miss that out.

oh boy! he will have a lot of fun riding shotgun in the fiat that doesnt stick to 60kph.

talking about food - i think the kali mirch chicken (basically if you DIY - chicken reshmi kabab dipped in the gravy -> which IMO contains a bit of curd, black pepper, cashu nut paste, white sauce)

On Tuesays there is a Bangladeshi shop here which sells Chicken Biryani at a throwaway price of $1.99. One plate more than enough for a slim guy, his little kid and his fat wife. The Biryani used to be made pretty much Hyderabadi style, but now its getting de-generated. However the peripherals of that biryani leaves a lot to be desired. I have found another shop that makes good Mutton Curry. Dallas has a very prominent "Desi" presence and there are Indian shops almost in every nook and cranny. However each joint organizes Buffet which tastes exactly like the other one. The items are also same and the items they sell is so bland that you feel like shooting any person who appreciates the taste. I feel like dragging them by the collar and taking them to park circus...
"le khaa, aur samajh Indian food kya hota hai!"

Ask him if it is a closed course. whether outsiders will be allowed to drive on the track. What will be the fees for track time. Or is it part of BMSCI

btw what is that yellow machine at the background on Xeta's pic?
