Ok here we go since my suggestion of hukka and pallavi is going places how about this plan now.
Plan #1- I go to arabic infusion everyday since i came here and tell you what in the evening there is no place to park your car out there.Imagine we all are meeting in front of arabic infusion and then one member car is at the back.other's car is 5 miles away parked and so on.So in case the plan is exclusively to be in chd and have hukka then theres further 2 options
meet at sector 10 stop and stare talk and click pics.Discuss mods and stuff. Then head to arabic infusion (arabic infusion is crowded in the evenings and wont accomodate people more then 5 i reckon-moreover too noisy already with lots of chit chats going on)
or the other option is meet at sector 10 stop and stare talk for a while and head to "sheesha" at panchkula besides pallavi.It has seperate sitting areas out there to accomodate people in groups and you have a luxury of switching off the music and talk while you have hukka.

Plan #2-
meet either at stop and stare or straight at the parking of pallavi. Pallavi hotel has a very good empty parking place. Where one can click pics and stuff. And then straight to pallavi restaurant for feeding. And restaurant/bar has good ambience and quite atmosphere to encourage chats.
(the only problem is i dont know how many people are friendly with pallavi restaurant and its location , what i am not looking forward is people loose their way ,getting frustrated,calling in panic,asking for location,reaching late. If thats the case i would rather call people up at stop and stare and then all can head with their cars over there to avoid confusions)

Pallavi is quite well known and if its really a problem with any of the members we can assemble at a place known to every member and then head to pallavi.

Anyways, dealing with wrong directions and reaching late is better than reaching on time and then waste time hunting for parking space.

I am not worried about those 9 guys who will make it to the venue without any hassle,I am worried about one illfated guy who might struggle and will declare his bad day snoofing around the roads But its ok i am assuming everybody knows it . Its a part of my job i have to think worst case scenarios first while making plan while i am on the job. So thats how i have developed my thinking on daily life. Alright then we got heaps of options now. looking promising now on account of venues. Lets see how it goes.
Moreover would be better if people can write in somewhere who are coming would be easier to plan that ways. Cause right now i have no idea who is coming.

I have no idea where Pallavi.. or the Huka place is....LOL.. this is getting really chaotic.. I dont think this is gonna end up in a GREAT MEET.. so Iam just gonna tell you guys where Iam gonna go watch the next F1 race and if someone wants to join.. koo.. if not.. den not...plus I have a feeling that Iam the only oldie of 29 showing up...

Sirji, we've managed to have great meets even when 4 people have turned up.
Regarding the oldie part, I guess being a petrol (or diesel for a few) head is the only thing that matters.


Btw, count me in for a saturday meet before 12th and thereafter, anytime anywhere.

I agree,there is lots of confusion going on here.
Guys Can we please decide on a date Please?
either 1st or 8th.
and Let the Venue be usual Sector 10 chandigarh.
We can decide there as to where we can go and sit for Bhp chit-chat.
Everyone has the right speak\post,but this will only create mess.


Venue-We are Sticking to Usual Sector 10-Stop and Stare.

Time-6:00PM

Date-1st May or 8th May
