Sorry Dinar, have been tied up this week, I will be in Bombay from 17th/18th June to approx 12th July, any dates outside this will be no problem for me.

Guys, It's raining in goa, [not the monsoon rain] but the pre monsoon showers, I think june is out of question as most have work, even me. so how about dates in july? Iceman ,mobike waiting for your dates guys.
Stefan Even I am in mumbai same time actually till 25th june or so.
Please guys come up with some approximate date/dates. so we can plan out something, I am looking forward to this meet ,had a blast meeting members last year hope to do the same this year.

Dinar, since there are no holidays during July or Aug ( 15th is falling on a saturday:Frustrati). I think no need to wait until Aug, we can plan something in July

Some options i am proposing is :-

July 3rd weekend ( since it will be holiday in US and most us will be free from emails/phone calls). If its too early then,

OR

July 24/25th weekend.

What say guys? Dinar, you just need to confirm that Goa has become totally green and is drizzling regularly for us to firm up our dates;)

Just met Stefan today. Also spoke to Tejas. How about a mini meet tomorrow or the day after.

I am in for tomorrow evening. Rohan also in think, spoke to him today.

Yea. Dinar and Rohan will get in touch. I've asked Dinar to discuss with all of you guys from the North and finalise the place. I'll pick up Tejas and come there.

Spoke to rohan, and he is in hopefully Nc1bad, denzil and anshu will join in. The place will be decided by Rohan. Hopefully update will be by evening, will call yous guys. or we can decide after we meet up no issue as it middle of the week.
Plan is to meet at miramar [like peter mentioned]around 8:00pm , stefan also knows the place so it won't be any problem to him.

To keep the ball rolling , I'm adding some Hyd T-bhp'ian names that would make it to Goa(Cancellations possible if home ministry delays issue of holiday permits).

w.r.t dates-to be avoided if our participation is considered are July 16-19th cause the Hyderabad Auto show is being held at that time.

Nice a big list. Dates should be earlier, I think. we still have complet june to decide the dates for Monsoon meet.

@vikram18 - do you guys have a thread started somewhere on this? I have just moved to Pune about 2-3 weeks and wouldnt mind joining you guys. I plan to get my ride down this weekend.
