RPM Issues in Chevrolet Aveo

hey guys , i drive a chevy aveo with a FFE & Filter.
for some reason my car idles on 1000 without AC and 800 with AC when its supposed to be the other way around.
all the sensors are new, the engines rebuilt and pretty much everything else.

anyone faced the same sort of issues?

Re: RPM Issues

Looks like the wiring of your idle control valve is mixed up. Looks like the wires have been crossed. The position of the idle control valve may also be wrong. Look at these couple of things and you should probably find your problem.

Re: RPM Issues

FID not working would be my guess.

Is the Aveo a throttle by wire design? What is the fast Idle mechanism?

Compressor load brings down rpm, but closed loop control should have corrected.
