My car i20 CRDi Asta had clocked 23000 kms and I have done a fair bit of highway driving at high speeds. No such vibration problems were encountered. I used to balance and align my wheels every 7500 kms when I serviced the car.

I have done speeds above 120 most of the times and never got to experience such vibrations. Maybe i have to keep a watch on all these things on regular intervals. Because the road to my vacation home is a 18km strecth or maybe more and is not that great. Rouch patches and small potholes. And we visit that place every 15 days. Maybe because of which the alignment must have gone wrong. So will get it sorted on Saturday.

Problem sorted. The car was sent for servicing and the alignment and balancing done. Got a chance to test the car at 140 again with family on Sealink. She is behaving absolutely normal. I am happy.

Guys: I think the problem has been sorted and I am happy. So we can open another thread for the so called speed limit bashing. I can understand the concern, but why the unnecessary post count increase.
