the problem is definitely with the fan motor ,the motor have got weak over time and is unable to transfer not much air that is ok on move but on standstill it is causing problems.

yeah thats what i suspect too.. but the fan definitely doesnt cost 10000. .lol.. i suppose 1k-3k at the most!

Its appalling to see even Honda ASS sucks. I have seen numerous cases where Maruti, Hyundai and TATA ASS sucked. Leave out FIAT its well know for poor ASS.

I recently read a news in Hindu, a customer court gave verdict in favour of a customer to replace his Accent with new one because of very poor quality and very bad ASS.

Well I said it might be the fan and it is. very simple way to cjeck is to start the car and open the bonnet. The fan should come on afte about 10 minutes of idling.

yes sidewayz i notice the fans wernt turning.. it did sometimes..wierd.. newayz now after the serivce there is a new problem, the car wont rev above 3000rpm, there is black smoke coming outta my exhaust n Viper n Sanjit belive it to be a faulty oxygen censor.but the case turned out to be completley diff where sanjit found the problem to b that the honda guys have tampered wid my ecm n have probably swapped a faulty ecm into my car!.. damn linkway faggot!! arrhhnow im probably gonna right a letter to the manager of linkway n try n get a new ecm fitted in my car for free wid the help of viper n sajit..

p.s. must say viper is very very helpful n has a vast knowledge of cars!!

Hey,

Got bad news for you buddy. We checked your car out thoroughly and have 2 doubts as of now.
1> Somebody has swapped your ECM
2> Somebody has cut/messed up your ECM wiring as we cannot read the ECM data.

I would suggest you to take the car back to Linkway Honday and finish their happiness. Please write a letter to the Works Manager detailing the problem you gave the car with and what happened subsequently and make sure you have an acknowledgement.

I can help you solve the problem but you rather try Linkway and fight for them to do it for free. If they are goign to charge you make sure they inform you and give you an estimate before starting work.

n if the wires r cut ..can that b checked??..
is there a way to get solid proof that ecm has been swapped..?
like sanjit was sayin that he cud get the entire history of the car.. he cud get to know the ecm serial # that came wid my car..

Hi,
You can take the car on Monday no issues.

I'll do whatever I can to help you. It is time consuming to get the original ECM number but the problem is you are I guess 2nd owner and no way of knowing if the earlier owner/dealer had changed it.

hey viper, like i mentioned to u last time we met that wen i was in goa the ecm check light had come on.. they had plugged in2 the ecm n solved the problem which was that my speedometer cable needed to be replaced. Now linkway wud have checked through the ecm cuz there was a overheating problem. n i suspect they are the 1s who have tampered with the ecm wiring/swapped my ecm.

lookin forward to ur letter which i will personally diliver to them.
