palio woes!!

Can the 1.2 lt Palio be fitted with any other engine oil filter (perfect nut fitting and all...) by other manufacturers that is comparatively more easily available?? I'm at a place where the nearest Fiat dealership is about 500 kms away, and it looks like i'm gonna be stuck here for some time....!

Please do NOT retrofit oil filters from other cars. It can lead to disastrous results if something goes wrong.

Oil filters are cheap. Just have someone courier you 3 - 4 Palio filters. They should last you a long time.

Hi Redliners,

Please send a mail to PalioUserIndia@yahoogroups some one can courier you the oil filter. You can pay them via money order etc. Right now I am quite busy other wise I can do it for you.
