Yes Shashi. It was Bharat Motors. Needless to say, I never visited them again.

That MASS is the worst I have ever experienced. This is the reason I guessed it right in the very first attempt. They don't even know how to screw a bolt, let alone other jobs.

You are indeed very lucky that nothing happened to you or you car. They are capable of screwing a car in a million possible ways.

That is the reason why it is always deserted. I have gone there a few times while hunting for parts for my friend's car. I saw a few things they were doing wrong.
  • Jacking up a car by its sump.
  • Cleaning tar marks by brake fluid
  • Once they tightened a filter in a car so badly that it somehow cracked the engine part. That car was being repaired at the MASS I go(Maruti Automobiles)

These things were enough to convince me that this is not the right place for any job. Your experience further cemented my belief.
