Esteem service intervals?

can anyone shed light on what must be changed in an esteem at what mileage?
i have seen a table before that states what parts(brake pads, oil etc) must be replaced at what mileage........this is especially important as service stations could take you for a ride.....this is a very important table as it will prolong the life of your car.....someone plz help
